Global Event Specialist

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, customer events, corporate meetings, and strategic programs.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, registration, shipping, collateral, promotional materials, vendors, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders.
• Capture and manage event-generated leads in Eloqua and maintain accurate documentation, budgets, timelines, and operational data.
• Prepare post-event reports using attendee metrics, lead generation results, budget tracking, and ROI insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, event management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning, event marketing, conference management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to process excellence, accuracy, and high-quality execution.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-focused skills.
• Willingness to travel globally 25% and ability to lift 30 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Eloqua, Cvent, Salesforce, or other registration and lead management platforms.
• Experience coordinating global or multi-regional events with international stakeholders, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Knowledge of event marketing, attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI analysis.
