Systems Support Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Liverpool City Centre, UK, on a hybrid basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, plus one in three Saturdays.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Provide first-line systems and production support to business users.
• Reproduce system bugs, log issues accurately, and coordinate with third-party system providers.
• Participate in UAT, application, and product testing.
• Maintain system documentation and support compliance requirements.
• Help maintain and distribute insurance products using bespoke software house toolsets.
• Support continuous improvement and define technical product solutions with management, analysis, technical, and development teams.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication, consultancy, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with analysis, design, and software house toolsets such as Product Builder/Writing tools, rating engines, and reporting tools.
• Exposure to the legal or insurance industry is beneficial but not essential.
• Applicants must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
