Workday Analyst HCM

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Workday HCM configuration across business processes, security, organisations, and calculated fields.
• Manage bi-annual Workday releases from prototyping through deployment, with a focus on user experience.
• Build and maintain advanced and matrix reports, dashboards, and board-level reporting.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, gap-checking, and Workday-based user guardrails.
• Share knowledge, maintain documentation, and promote best practices across the Workday team.
• Partner with P&C, Finance, and senior stakeholders to turn technical data into usable business insight.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM across multiple modules.
• Experience with business processes, security, and calculated fields.
• Experience building advanced and matrix reports, dashboards, and board-level data presentations.
• Meticulous, audit-minded approach to data integrity and governance.
• Confidence communicating with senior P&C and Finance stakeholders and explaining technical details clearly.
