Location: Remote, based in Portugal. Requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do
- Develop agentic engineering solutions using agent orchestration frameworks, agentic development platforms, and MCP-based tooling and integrations.
- Create reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, and developer productivity tools.
- Help engineering teams adopt new technologies and practices at scale.
- Run workshops, communities of practice, and technical enablement programmes.
- Work with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, agentic development platforms, and MCP-based tooling.
- Experience creating reusable AI workflows or developer productivity tooling.
- Experience enabling teams to adopt technologies and engineering practices at scale.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and Kafka or event-driven architectures.
- English at B2 level or higher and availability for remote work based in Portugal with Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
