Analytics Engineer Mid (AI)

What you will do

• Implement SQL queries, data models, and reporting components in Databricks.
• Contribute to AI agents that answer natural-language questions about marketing, website, and CRM data.
• Design prompts, support retrieval, and test and evaluate AI agent outputs.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and data checks using relevant business logic, while documenting assumptions and results.
• Support the migration of selected Power BI reporting use cases to Databricks and maintain or enhance reports in Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with the data team to resolve open questions.

Requirements

• Practical experience with SQL and Databricks or a similar cloud data platform.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, agent evaluation, or similar AI application patterns.
• Understanding of data analysis fundamentals and business logic for marketing, website, campaign, or CRM data.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including reports, datasets, or data models.
• Reliable, collaborative communication and the ability to complete assigned tasks and ask effective questions.
