Industrial Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Work model: onsite. Monday–Friday rotating schedule, including 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shifts and weekends as required.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions supporting plant safety.
• Complete work orders and support Process Safety Management and Leak Detection and Repair activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Management of Change processes.
• Collaborate with production operators and participate in daily performance meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical exposure.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends as required.
• Strong industrial troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
• Clear communication skills and commitment to safety and reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical or food manufacturing.
