Maintenance Technician (Industrial Maintenance)

hirify.global develops and manufactures medical technology products and operates a production facility requiring industrial equipment maintenance.

What you will do

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Evaluate and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate and weld components and install electrical, pneumatic, and cooling-water utilities for machines.
• Program and adjust PLCs, HMIs, robots, and vision inspection systems at intermediate or advanced levels.
• Document maintenance activities in PMC CMM software and maintenance logbooks.
• Support spare-parts inventory, maintenance subprojects, and training for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.

Requirements

• Vocational training in industrial maintenance.
• Related experience with mechanical and electrical systems and controls.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
• Specific training related to the equipment used at the facility.
