Senior Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States. Onsite second-shift role, 3:15pm–1:45am.

Salary: $30–$46 per hour, plus a $3 per hour shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across production equipment.
• Install and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in building a Total Productive Maintenance program.
• Develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and production disruptions.
• Recommend and manage spare-parts inventory using Kanban systems.
• Use uptime, MTTR, and maintenance-cost metrics to drive improvement while troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, sensors, and industrial robots.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and training.
• More than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or similarly diverse maintenance environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work the second shift from 3:15pm to 1:45am in Commerce City, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance programs.
• PLC and industrial robot programming proficiency.
• Metal fabrication skills, including welding, manual milling and turning, drilling, and bandsaw operation.
