What you will do
- Design, deliver, engineer, and support AI applications, agents, automations, and data integration solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and business partners to define requirements and improve workflows, systems, and processes using AI.
- Produce high- and low-level designs, test plans, and maintainable solutions aligned with architecture, compliance, change management, and delivery standards.
- Govern applications and automations, monitor operations, provide aftercare, and contribute to continual service improvement.
- Research and assess emerging tools, advise on technical strategy, and manage contracted workers and third parties.
- Simplify internal processes and architectures while reducing support overheads through data and AI solutions.
Requirements
- Approximately 2+ years of software delivery experience with hands-on use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Experience or exposure to developing AI agents, harnesses, or workflows using Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, or similar frameworks.
- Practical experience deploying applications, web portals, or containerized applications in Azure, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or DevOps.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL, plus source control with GitHub.
- Strong communication and business analysis skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and engage with senior business leaders.
