What you will do

• Define and execute the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine AI and digital systems roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives and investments based on business strategy, operational value and customer outcomes.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled solutions across engineering, service delivery, operations and decision-making.
• Own the performance, reliability and lifecycle management of digital systems and software solutions.
• Govern the digital portfolio, including risk, resources, business continuity, KPIs and value measurement.
• Lead geographically distributed teams across systems development, digital operations and software support.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading digital transformation programmes and scaling AI or emerging digital capabilities.
• Experience delivering and operating complex software, digital or technology solutions in operational, engineering or customer-facing environments.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, governing digital portfolios and prioritizing investments.
• Demonstrated leadership of geographically distributed, multidisciplinary technical teams and other leaders.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, business communication and organizational change skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience is accepted. Agile and modern software delivery experience is expected.
