Sr. Business Process Analyst (BPMN)

What you will do

• Model future-state business processes using BPMN 2.0 at descriptive and analytical levels.
• Translate approved requirements, operating models, system interactions, business rules, and regulatory obligations into scalable process artefacts.
• Maintain traceability between process activities, Jira stories, requirements, systems, integrations, controls, outputs, and procedures.
• Lead process walkthroughs with internal teams, clients, and subject-matter experts to validate and approve future-state processes.
• Review junior analysts’ process artefacts and support QA, business readiness, and operational teams.
• Improve modelling standards and mentor junior Process Analysts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in delivery or consulting within financial services or wealth markets, including 5+ years in business or process analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian wealth management products, operating processes, and providers, including RRSP, TFSA, RIF, and LIF products.
• Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and at least 3 years of hands-on Level 2 analytical process modelling.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and requirements tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organisational, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of wealth operations, regulations, and compliance frameworks; hirify.global Platform expertise across at least six functional areas is preferred.
