Sr. Business Process Analyst

What you will do

• Define and model future-state business processes using BPMN 2.0 at descriptive and analytical levels.
• Translate approved requirements, operating-model components, system interactions, configuration considerations, business rules, and regulatory obligations into scalable process artefacts.
• Decompose complex end-to-end journeys into reusable subprocesses and maintain traceability to Jira stories, requirements, systems, integrations, controls, outputs, and procedures.
• Lead process walkthroughs with internal stakeholders, clients, and subject-matter experts to validate and approve future-state processes.
• Review junior analysts’ process artefacts, improve modelling standards and methodologies, and mentor process analysts.
• Support Solution Consultants, QA, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Readiness teams across implementation delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in delivery or consulting environments within financial services or wealth markets.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process analysis within wealth management or financial services.
• Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and at least 3 years of hands-on process modelling at Level 2 Analytical depth.
• Strong understanding of Canadian wealth-management concepts, products, and operating processes, including RRSP, TFSA, RIF, and LIF products.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and requirements-management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder facilitation, presentation, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
