Senior Business Analyst (Oracle Fusion)

What you will do

• Support a major finance modernisation initiative using Oracle Fusion.
• Capture, document, and evaluate business requirements with cross-functional systems teams.
• Translate operational and functional needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Research and propose process improvements and system solutions that deliver business value.
• Prepare documentation for system changes and business processes.
• Build collaborative relationships with finance stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of core financial processes.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and features.
• Strong problem-solving, research, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Flexible, team-focused approach suited to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the hirify.global Head Office in Leicestershire in a hybrid arrangement.
