Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies for prospects and clients across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Research regional buyers, buying committees, client needs, competitive dynamics, and cultural nuances.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Performance Marketing, Product, and other go-to-market teams.
• Define regional positioning and messaging connected to hirify.global's global platform value proposition.
• Adapt global product launches for regional audiences and lead launches for region-specific capabilities.
• Build demand-generation campaigns, scalable content, enablement programs, and performance feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product marketing or related go-to-market experience.
• Full-stack product marketing experience across research, positioning, messaging, launches, campaigns, enablement, and content.
• Experience adapting go-to-market strategies for different markets, audiences, or customer needs.
• Strong storytelling, writing, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple priorities, collaborate across time zones, and travel internationally as needed.
• UK right to work is required from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, wealth management, or investment management.
• Experience working across multiple international regions.
