Location: Toronto, Canada

Salary: CA$133,100–CA$208,600 per year base pay; expected OTE of CA$147,900–CA$231,800 per year including variable compensation.

What you will do

• Define and design features that improve how customers integrate with and send information to hirify.global.
• Design workflow experiences that help marketers launch cross-channel customer engagement strategies without heavy engineering support.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with customers to reduce complexity and increase product capability.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, interaction specifications, and engineering handoffs for enterprise-scale features.
• Contribute to the design system and develop patterns for messaging, orchestration, and workflow-based interfaces.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership, influencing roadmap and user experience priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with complex digital products.
• Experience working with established design systems and enterprise software environments.
• Systems mindset with the ability to navigate technical complexity and collaborate with engineers.
• Evidence-based design process grounded in user research and measurable user outcomes.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, prototyping, documentation, and communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex applications or workflow tools and measurable impact on users and business goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation, customer engagement, or campaign management tools.
• Background in enterprise SaaS products serving marketing or business operations teams.
• Experience designing integrations, data-mapping experiences, APIs, webhooks, or data pipelines.
• Experience in agile cross-functional product teams and familiarity with AI tools for prototyping.
