Staff Product Designer (Agentic CMS)

Location: Remote in the United States or in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada

Salary: USD 168,300–230,000 base pay in the United States, depending on geographic zone; CAD 209,000–251,000 in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. Eligible for a company-wide bonus program.

What you will do

• Own the Agentic CMS experience from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, execution, and launch quality.
• Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, localize, and publish content across sites and channels.
• Design experiences for both marketing teams and AI agents, including controls, transparency, and trust signals.
• Maintain a coherent experience model across interconnected CMS surfaces and workflows.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers on content models, API affordances, and product strategy.
• Present design work and strategic tradeoffs to cross-functional partners and senior leaders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating work on complex and ambiguous products.
• Experience designing interconnected systems, content systems, or multi-user workflows.
• Ability to engage with API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with experience using AI-assisted workflows and code-based prototyping.
• Must be located in the United States or in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic experiences and AI technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise content management products.
