What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer support.
- Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide feedback on candidate profiles.
- Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize recruiting workflows.
- Ensure a positive, fast-paced candidate experience from initial contact to final close.
Requirements
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
