What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer support.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide feedback on candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
  • Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize recruiting workflows.
  • Ensure a positive, fast-paced candidate experience from initial contact to final close.

Requirements

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
