Client Experience Associate (Banking)

Location: In-office in Sicklerville, New Jersey, supporting multiple branches within the region

Base salary: $37,125–$61,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers about transaction options, banking products, tools, and digital resources.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Conduct lobby engagement and proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems while managing risk.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, and branch banking.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, detect and prevent fraud, and follow established policies and procedures.
