Bilingual Spanish - Personal Banker

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement to identify customer needs.
• Position hirify.global banking solutions to increase customer loyalty, revenue, and share of wallet.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and available banking tools and technology.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational and regulatory risk.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure accurate, efficient execution of procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking is required.
• Typically, 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge is required.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected, although comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-focused, and prioritization skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
