Bilingual Spanish - Client Experience Associate (Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Educate customers about financial transaction options, products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and support customer loyalty.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and risk controls.

Requirements

• Spanish-speaking ability is required.
• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma, GED, or university degree is not required; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, branch banking, and customer experience.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, fraud detection, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
