Automotive Loan Account Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; onsite

Starting pay: $22/hour plus language pay differential

What you will do

• Answer customer questions and process requests by phone and email.
• Complete welcome calls for new customers and handle billing, service, and account concerns.
• Document customer interactions accurately across communication channels.
• Investigate payment issues, address objections, and find suitable account resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, training, development, and operational results.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and strong quality assurance results.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in auto servicing or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Experience gaining customer loyalty through listening, relationship building, professionalism, and persuasive communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud products and Google Workspace.
