Project Manager, Laboratory

What you will do

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery for sponsor-dedicated laboratory studies.
• Act as the sponsor's main contact for hirify.global services and manage day-to-day study activities.
• Represent hirify.global at sponsor meetings and communicate study progress professionally.
• Manage 10–15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Prepare regular management reports and resolve project delivery issues.
• Provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel and contribute to team capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Experience managing competing priorities and multiple studies concurrently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to represent the organization at sponsor meetings and follow regulatory standards and guidelines.
