Project Manager, Laboratory (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery for laboratory and clinical research studies.
• Act as the sponsor's primary contact for hirify.global services and manage day-to-day study activities.
• Manage 10–15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulatory standards.
• Represent hirify.global at sponsor meetings and communicate study progress professionally.
• Prepare regular management reports and provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.
• Resolve project issues and contribute to team capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Experience managing multiple studies and competing priorities while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sponsor representation and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and well organized, with the ability to manage study documentation and timelines.
