Senior Manager, E2E Performance Management, Data & Analytics (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey; New Brunswick, New Jersey; Miami, Florida; Jacksonville, Florida; or San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, United States

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 base pay annually

What you will do

• Design, harmonize, and continuously improve end-to-end performance management frameworks across supply chain nodes.
• Define metric hierarchies, KPI definitions, decision rights, escalation pathways, and governance routines.
• Deploy standardized daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance review cadences.
• Embed structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, issue management, and follow-through for performance gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to establish reliable data foundations and define requirements for dashboards, scorecards, analytics products, data models, and visualization tools.
• Coach team members and project resources while building capabilities in performance management, analytics, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in performance management, operational excellence, supply chain transformation, or a related discipline within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing performance management, metric architecture, governance, and business review routines.
• Experience designing, deploying, sustaining, and improving performance frameworks, scorecards, maturity roadmaps, and governance practices in a global environment.
• Strong data and analytics skills, including business requirements definition, performance trend analysis, risk assessment, and translating data into decisions.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, cross-functional influence, change management, and capability-building skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics, Excel, QuickBase, or similar platforms.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Data Analytics, or similar certification.
