Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights, Oncology - Breast Cancer

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week at NYHQ, Collegeville, PA, Lake Forest, IL, or another US Commercial hirify.global site. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus a 17.5% bonus target and potential share-based long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting for the breast cancer portfolio, including sales, TRx/NPS, market share, and target attainment.
• Analyze IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy, hub/SP, and other secondary data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and commercial implications.
• Evaluate performance across biomarkers, histology, demographics, lines of therapy, patient flow, and subnational market patterns.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for brand teams, senior leadership, forecasting, market access, and commercial excellence stakeholders.
• Support the Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting infrastructure by validating outputs, resolving anomalies, and maintaining accurate metrics.
• Guide vendor and internal analytical partners while promoting consistent methodologies and reporting standards across Oncology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in biopharma, commercial analytics, strategic consulting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation; experience with Python, R, or Alteryx is preferred.
• Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy data, and hub/SP data.
• Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, with the ability to create decision-oriented dashboards.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to commercial stakeholders and senior leaders in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a breast cancer brand in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or insights.
• Knowledge of biomarker testing, molecular segmentation, treatment sequencing, and oncology competitive dynamics.
• Experience with Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, enterprise BI infrastructure, commercial forecasting, and patient journey analytics.
