Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation

Location: Austin, TX, USA; travel up to 5–10% for industry conferences and hirify.global, partner, and customer events

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, business rules, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlog items, and traceable delivery requirements.
• Develop project plans and manage roadmaps, milestones, delivery commitments, dependencies, intake evaluation, and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Support the Revenue Intelligence operating model through sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, demonstrations, and release readiness coordination.
• Manage delivery governance and execution tooling in Asana while tracking risks, issues, decisions, blockers, GTM launch readiness, and service lifecycle risks.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, reports, executive updates, release communications, enablement materials, newsletters, and internal briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience translating business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing concurrent cross-functional initiatives involving technical, business, and leaderhirify.globalp stakeholders.
• Experience with application development or business intelligence teams, KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of agile or iterative delivery, go-to-market initiatives, service or product lifecycle management, change management, and organizational communication.

Nice to have

• Asana administration or advanced Asana experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Background in consulting, IT services, or transformation programs.
