Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex process-improvement projects from corporate goals through implementation and measurable results.
• Agree project savings, budgets, quality expectations, and deadlines with sponsors, then manage delivery within defined constraints.
• Drive project governance, strategy deployment, continuous-improvement tools, and Lean Six Sigma adoption.
• Define value propositions and service portfolios while improving processes, systems, and employee capabilities.
• Act as a change agent, influence stakeholders, and build support for improvement programs.
• Develop and administer training programs on continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and kaizen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, engineering, economics, or business management.
• At least 8 years of experience in operations, quality, financial management, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and advanced planning and control methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and implement change-management programs and lead projects successfully.
• Ability to lead and coach multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
