Process Engineer (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Logan, Utah, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment for PCB production.
• Define process parameters, materials, tools, and equipment according to customer and internal specifications.
• Improve process yield through optimization, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing through process definition, implementation, and personnel training.
• Work with customers on process improvement and failure analysis.
• Lead and direct the work of others while communicating across personnel levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technically related field.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
• Experience with electrochemical copper plating, electroless copper plating, ENEPIG surface finishes, or general PCB manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to specify process materials, tools, equipment, and parameters.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
