Salary: $91,879.42–$117,150.49 per year, based on full-time equivalent

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate education programs for nursing staff across career stages.
• Coordinate orientation for nursing staff joining the organization or unit.
• Deliver competency-based programs that improve clinical skills and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, staff, and hospital departments to implement clinical standards and address learning needs.
• Evaluate performance-improvement opportunities related to nursing practice and patient care.
• Lead committees and projects supporting nursing education and professional practice.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• At least three years of RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Advanced clinical assessment, treatment, and evaluation capabilities.
• Organization, prioritization, multitasking, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
