Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time 10:30p-6:30a

Location: Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, United States; onsite, full-time overnight schedule from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Salary: USD 39–40 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct thorough resident assessments and reassessments.
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by care staff in accordance with regulations and community policies.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.
• Lead resident services in line with the organization’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current RN license.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform required physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
