Registered Nurse Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Winnemucca, Nevada, United States. Scheduled hours vary between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Lead health center staff in collaboration with the Site Medical Leader.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Manage staff schedules and oversee nursing care for all patients.
• Provide direct patient care for less than 30% of working time and respond to emergency situations within the legal scope of practice.
• Maintain clinical records, supplies, equipment, narcotics records, infection-control procedures, and patient privacy standards.
• Coordinate quality improvement and risk management activities, investigate complaints, and act as a liaison between the client, health center staff, hirify.global, and site operations leadership.

Requirements

• Certificate from an accredited nursing school or an associate degree in nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
• Current hands-on AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required depending on the contract scope of services.
• At least three years of Registered Nurse experience in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic.

Nice to have

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
