Program Analyst

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, at the Redstone Test Center

What you will do

• Support planning, management, and oversight of test and evaluation activities for assigned programs and projects.
• Create, monitor, and maintain integrated master schedules, workload projection reports, and financial execution reports.
• Track active projects and verify that functional divisions meet critical customer milestones.
• Monitor project status and provide key input for program management reviews.
• Develop proposals and support agreements, and support project retirements and performance metrics.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and stakeholders to support cost, schedule, and performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of related experience in program finance or project management.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Experience monitoring project funding, schedule performance, milestone execution, and project-related costs.
• Ability to perform budget-to-actual comparisons, variance analysis, cost validation, and financial trend analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Secret clearance required.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing financial data from multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience validating labor, flight, material, travel, and other project-related charges.
• Experience coordinating administrative, financial, and logistical project-management activities.
