Senior Program | Mission Scheduler

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, at Los Angeles Air Force Base

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Create and integrate multiple schedules and plans into a cohesive Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project.
• Support missile warning ground and integration programs for Space Systems Command SYD 84/MT.
• Coordinate with SFPEO-SN SE&I to align schedules with the broader missile warning track schedule.
• Analyze critical paths, risks, opportunities, and downstream impacts of schedule changes.
• Integrate Epoch 1, Epoch 2, GMI, and future epochs into the consolidated schedule.
• Track government milestone events, deliverables, reviews, approvals, and submission dates.

Requirements

• At least 10 equivalent years of experience in scheduling, planning, and program management within government or government-support organizations.
• Specialized expertise in Microsoft Project and knowledge of quantitative scheduling analysis techniques.
• Ability to develop models, interpret results, and brief senior-level Department of Defense leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on time-sensitive, high-visibility tasks.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and US citizenship required.
