New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (Data Center Network Infrastructure)

Location: Remote, Texas, United States; travel required 15–30% to data center campuses for site visits and workshops.

Salary: $66,120–$104,400 USD gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Own deployment trackers for assigned buildings from Cable Ready through Production Ready.
• Lead weekly coordination calls and align Design, Engineering, Construction, Network Deployment, and supporting teams.
• Coordinate network infrastructure deployment across 2–4 concurrent buildings, including hardware delivery, material logistics, and upstream dependencies.
• Track risks, dependencies, SLAs, milestone changes, and revised timelines across multiple network layers.
• Create and manage SEVs, drive blocker resolution, and escalate missed commitments to senior leadership.
• Standardize deployment templates, conduct lessons-learned reviews, and mentor incoming deployment enablement managers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive project or program management experience in data center construction, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or critical facility deployment.
• Strong understanding of data center network infrastructure, production network layers, rack and stack, provisioning, circuit audits, device scanning, and activation or undrain workflows.
• Experience with data center construction phases including foundation, cable start, TFO, commissioning, and network turn-up.
• Experience managing $1M–$10M projects with concurrent workstreams, MSPs, field operations teams, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic frameworks for workflow automation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience; ability to obtain site access badges and pass data center background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments such as Google, AWS, or Microsoft.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• BICSI RCDD, CDCDP, or similar data center and cabling certification.
