New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (Data Center)

Location: Remote, LA; travel required 15–30% to data center campuses

Salary: $66,120–$104,400 USD gross base pay annually

What you will do

• Own deployment trackers for assigned buildings from Cable Ready through Production Ready.
• Lead weekly coordination calls and align construction, engineering, deployment, and supporting teams.
• Coordinate network infrastructure deployment across 2–4 concurrent data center sites.
• Track hardware delivery SLAs, BOMs, warehouse logistics, vendors, and upstream dependencies.
• Identify schedule risks, create and manage SEVs, communicate timeline impacts, and escalate blockers.
• Standardize deployment templates, conduct lessons-learned reviews, and mentor incoming DEMs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data center network infrastructure, production network layers, and deployment processes including rack and stack, provisioning, circuit audits, device scanning, and activation or undrain workflows.
• Experience with hardware delivery SLAs, BOM management, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, and project tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic frameworks for workflow automation and reporting.
• 5–8 years of progressive project or program management experience in data center construction, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or critical facility deployment.
• Experience with data center construction phases, MSPs, field operations, and projects valued at $1M–$10M.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience; ability to obtain site access badges and pass data center background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, or similar.
• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• BICSI RCDD, CDCDP, or similar data center or cabling certification.
