What you will do

• Perform computational analyses of novel single-cell epigenomic datasets, including DNA methylation data.
• Study childhood brain tumors and leukemias through experimental and computational approaches.
• Identify tumor-specific alterations relative to their cellular origins.
• Investigate the role of genomic alterations in tumor formation.
• Collaborate with experts in childhood cancer research and epigenomics.

Requirements

• PhD in Cancer Biology, Epigenetics, Genetics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing computational methods for analyzing and visualizing new types of genomic data.
• Understanding of human developmental biology and recent single-cell profiling research.
• Ability to collaborate with scientists from other disciplines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and an outstanding academic record.
• Passion for cancer research, creativity, and independent thinking.
