What you will do
- Validate technical protocols and test improved wet-lab, instrumentation, and computational approaches.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research projects, assist with laboratory experiments, and learn new techniques.
- Design, perform, analyze, and troubleshoot experiments with laboratory colleagues.
- Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, computational experts, and external partners.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement new technologies while maintaining detailed research records.
- Present work in team meetings, contribute to laboratory discussions, and potentially support publications.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate senior with an expected graduation date of summer 2027 or earlier.
- Major in life sciences, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a similar field.
- At least one year of independent undergraduate research experience outside coursework.
- Commitment to remain at for at least two years.
- The role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States.
- The role accepts Optional Practical Training (OPT); candidates should have at least 24 months of OPT.
