Plant Engineering Project Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, United States. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $84,595–$103,394, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Administer and coordinate site-specific engineering projects and programs.
• Lead or guide project activities, assign responsibilities, and implement workgroup timetables.
• Partner with frontline employees, leaders, and support functions on improvement projects, Kaizen events, Tier Boards, and tier meetings.
• Apply improvement techniques and analytical methods to solve complex operational and financial issues.
• Analyze trends and data to improve targeted operational and financial objectives.
• Provide direction and advice to workgroups while operating with minimal supervision and no direct people-management responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of combined experience in training development, training management, project coordination, or project management; or a high school diploma/GED and at least five years of relevant combined experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Candidate may need to provide U.S. person status and citizenship information for export-control assessment.
• Ability to work onsite in Cottage Grove, Minnesota and support a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture.
