What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering execution from concept through product launch.
• Coordinate requirements, design outputs, verification and validation evidence, and manufacturing readiness.
• Build integrated engineering plans, maintain master schedules, manage dependencies, and drive recovery plans.
• Run technical milestone, design readiness, test readiness, and gate evidence reviews.
• Manage technical risks, issues, configuration changes, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Develop project management standards, templates, dashboards, metrics, playbooks, and training resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering degree or equivalent technical experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience, preferably in engineering or new product development.
• Experience with schedule management, cost or budget oversight, and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to lead through influence, build stakeholder networks, and work in a matrixed global environment.
• Working knowledge of requirements and test tracking, configuration and change control, and schedule and cost controls.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. International travel may be required.
