Focus on tracking project progress, escalating manufacturing issues, maintaining work plans and status reports, and supporting ITAR-controlled operations.
Location: Onsite at 6635 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, NY, with work hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary: $41,507–$65,608 per year, with a potential annual or quarterly company bonus.

What you will do
- Monitor multiple projects moving through active manufacturing production.
- Support project schedules, estimates, resource plans, work plans, and status reports.
- Gather project data, develop action plans, monitor risks, and escalate issues when needed.
- Provide accurate project updates to the Operations Project Support Engineer and PMO.
- Support customer status reporting with relevant production and project information.
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and production personnel to identify factors affecting delivery.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of related experience with an associate degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and data-gathering skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Ability to follow written processes, maintain accurate documentation, and understand basic corporate accounting and balance sheets.
- Must follow US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
