Asset Recovery and Disassembly Technician (Medical Imaging Equipment)

What you will do

• Safely disassemble X-ray, mammography, CT, and other diagnostic imaging systems according to SOPs, BOMs, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Recover components and materials suitable for reuse or resale.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for condition, functionality, wear, damage, defects, and missing components.
• Clean, sort, label, stage, and properly store components for testing, washing, inventory, or shipment.
• Record recovered assets and maintain inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material tracking in inventory and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, inventory specialists, warehouse personnel, and management on operational goals and continuous improvement.

• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to use hand tools and material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and accurately document inventory and inspection findings.
• Compliance with company safety procedures, environmental requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
