Warehouse Material Technician - FT 2nd shift

Location: Milan, OH, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Train production and warehouse associates on cycle counting and inventory transactions.
• Audit outgoing shipments for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve the root causes of inventory errors.
• Prepare for and participate in physical inventory activities.
• Maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts, including the 2nd shift.
• Physical ability and resilience to meet the demands of warehouse work.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
• Clear communication, proactive collaboration, initiative, and a positive attitude.
