Inventory Control Specialist (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: On-site in Mesa, Arizona, United States. Shifts are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and analyze stock movement data.
• Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and prepare reports.
• Support the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Train operations staff on newly implemented inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams on continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• 3+ years of experience as an inventory control specialist or in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy supply chain management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, inventory control, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements including SOX, FDA, CGMP, and GDP.
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems such as NetSuite, ePRO, or SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
