Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop procurement strategies and manage Purchasing operations for raw materials, hardware, finished goods, outside processes and supplies.
• Lead, train and develop Purchasing personnel while establishing procurement procedures, work instructions and standard work.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dock-to-stock processes, carrier relationships, shipment scheduling and documentation.
• Manage kitting operations, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventories and corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Serve as the procurement ERP subject matter expert and oversee customs compliance, import/export documentation, tariff classification and broker relationships.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, audits, KPIs, contracts and the Approved Supplier List while supporting ecommerce fulfillment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse or inventory experience.
• Customs compliance and import/export experience required.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, market trends, carrier management and inventory control practices.
• ERP experience required; SyteLine expertise is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with ecommerce platforms and supplier portals.
• Leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Ecommerce experience.
• Lean or continuous improvement experience, particularly with TPS-based systems.
