Shuttle Operations Supervisor (Transportation)

Location: Onsite in Aurora, Colorado, at Denver International Airport; flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and support transportation staff while monitoring performance and service delivery.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct driver assessments and ride-alongs, and reinforce safe driving practices.
• Oversee daily shuttle operations, vehicle and depot maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Respond to accidents, incidents, service disruptions, and safety concerns while completing required reports and investigations.
• Communicate with guests, clients, drivers, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and management to resolve escalated issues.
• Support frontline operations by covering shifts or assisting customer service and dispatch teams when required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, transit, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of transportation safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, judgment, multitasking, and incident documentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide employment eligibility documentation; E-Verify participation applies.
• Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record reviews.
