What you will do

• Create and facilitate huddle sessions to build staff knowledge and fundamental skills.
• Monitor associates and provide real-time feedback.
• Communicate with clients and team members, understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Mediate interpersonal conflicts and motivate team members.
• Lead improvements and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience supporting online gaming, online betting, or casino customer service operations.
• Strong data mining, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and guide others.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members as a subject matter expert.
• Willingness and ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
