Onboarding Expert

Location: Remote in the Philippines or APAC; must be able to work weekdays in US Eastern Time

hirify.global operates an app-based healthcare staffing marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces that need staff.

What you will do

• Make approximately 60 targeted outbound calls per day to professionals with Clipboard app accounts.
• Host approximately five pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations each day.
• Answer questions through follow-up emails, text messages, inbound messages, and support tickets.
• Maintain clear documentation of worker interactions and onboarding progress.
• Identify worker-experience pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Guide professionals toward confidently completing onboarding and taking their first shift.

Requirements

• Clear, professional written and spoken English is required.
• Availability to work weekdays in US Eastern Time is required.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with frequent calls, a fast-paced environment, and quickly building rapport.
• Ability to learn new systems and recognize underlying causes of problems.
• Reliable laptop or desktop, wired headset, at least 20 Mbps wired internet, and a quiet workspace with stable power and connectivity. Chromebooks and Linux OS are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting.
