Senior Credit Analyst (Equipment Finance)

Location: Fully onsite in Federal Way, Washington at 3455 South 344th Way, Suite 300.

Salary: $29.80–$40.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

Financial Pacific Leasing, a hirify.global subsidiary, provides small-ticket commercial equipment leases through vendors, third-party originators, and lessors nationwide.

What you will do

• Evaluate equipment vendors and validate vendor profiles against established requirements.
• Review lease applications and make credit, documentation, and equipment eligibility decisions within assigned limits.
• Assess equipment quality and future value for proposed leases.
• Verify credit data accuracy and edit applications to improve efficiency.
• Maintain Do Not Fund and Watch lists and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and reports.
• Support vendors, lessees, brokers, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of equipment finance experience in a small-ticket lending environment required.
• Basic credit underwriting or credit quality skills and an understanding of relationships between equipment suppliers and funding sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow banking regulations and policies.
