Services Consulting Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL or Remote, USA

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, incentive compensation, and stock options.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to assess prospect feasibility and define implementation paths.
• Lead customer and prospect design workshops covering current-state operations, solution gaps, business processes, and pilot programs.
• Review ROM estimates, finalize Solution Scoping Documents, develop project plans, estimate delivery hours, and support fixed-fee service offerings.
• Provide scope inputs for Statements of Work, own SOW redline reviews, and protect appropriate commercial terms.
• Identify implementation risks, including complexity mismatches and unrealistic timelines, and escalate issues through Deal Desk Reviews.
• Develop scoping methodologies, training, collateral, engagement models, and internal reporting for the SCS function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or Services Sales support, preferably in a SaaS organization.
• 7+ years of customer-facing experience, including enterprise clients in the supply chain space.
• Experience assessing data readiness across multimodal supply chain environments and diagnosing integration gaps before implementation.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of the hirify.global Implementation Methodology and full hirify.global product suite.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders and present to senior executives.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful enterprise implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
