Solutions Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom; applicants must reside in and be eligible to work in the UK. Travel to UK or international offices may be required based on client needs.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to guide prospects and customers through product evaluations and implementation planning.
• Lead presentations, trials, pilots, demonstrations, and other evaluation activities, coordinating with technical and product subject-matter experts.
• Develop migration strategies for customers moving from existing accounting and audit platforms to hirify.global cloud solutions.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and explain how the product roadmap addresses business needs.
• Coordinate internally on customer issues involving access, licenses, account maintenance, and escalated support.
• Build knowledge bases, evaluation toolkits, scalable processes, and improvement plans for the solutions consulting function.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in financial statement preparation, external audit or assurance, or a customer-facing role in a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, AI-powered accounting solutions and their application to accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or enthusiasm to learn.
• Residence in and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global, leading technology adoption or training in an accounting firm, or working with accounting and financial processes.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales methodology, project, product, or program management.
• Practical experience using AI tools, CRM systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience documenting processes and implementing efficiency or quality improvements.
