Staff Product Manager (AI Logistics)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution from discovery through value realization.
• Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and trade-offs.
• Develop transportation optimization and visibility solutions for freight consolidation, dynamic routing, and capacity efficiency.
• Build an integrated telematics platform with predictive insights, real-time alerts, and risk recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, Operations, and Data Science partners to manage priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Use customer research, operational data, analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions; mentor product managers and improve launch readiness.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of product management experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 9 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, experimentation, design thinking, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
• Ability to define product vision, KPIs, and business-aligned trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced product managers and apply emerging technologies to product innovation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as a product manager on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and inclusive product development.
